The final guide is personalized for your request and can include restaurant pages, ordering notes, access information, payment notes, and reminders that help you use the recommendations during the trip.
Is this a restaurant booking service?
No. Japan Dining Concierge is primarily a restaurant research and personalized dining guide service. If you add Reservation Support, we provide online reservation guidance, but the final booking must be completed by the customer.
Reservation availability, restaurant acceptance, and final confirmation are controlled by each restaurant and are not guaranteed.
Is the guide created automatically by AI?
No. AI tools may support research or organization, but the final structure, restaurant fit, and practical cautions are reviewed and edited by Mark J.Z.
The goal is not to give you a generic list of names. The guide is prepared so a traveler can understand access, ordering, payment, backup options, and local dining friction before arriving.
Who creates the guide?

Which plan should I choose?
Choose Light if you want help with one important dining moment. Choose Standard if you want balanced planning for up to three dining moments. Choose Premium if dining is a major part of the trip and you want more restaurant pages and backup choices.
Standard and Premium include the Japan Dining Survival Guide PDF. Light does not include that extra PDF.
What is included in the Light Plan?
Light Plan is $49 and covers 1 dining moment with 2 curated restaurant pages in the premium PDF guide format. Delivery is usually 1-3 business days.
Light Plan is best when you want one meal to be easier to choose, such as a dinner near your hotel or a lunch around a sightseeing area. It does not include the Japan Dining Survival Guide PDF.
What is included in the Standard Plan?
Standard Plan is $129 and covers up to 3 dining moments with 6 curated restaurant pages in the premium PDF guide format. Delivery is up to 7 business days.
It includes the Japan Dining Survival Guide PDF, so it is often the most balanced option for first-time travelers who want several meals planned.
What is included in the Premium Plan?
Premium Plan is $199 and covers up to 3 dining moments with 9 curated restaurant pages in the premium PDF guide format. Delivery is up to 10 business days.
It includes the Japan Dining Survival Guide PDF and is suited to travelers who want more options, stronger backup planning, or more care around family trips, special occasions, or important meals.
Which plans include the Japan Dining Survival Guide PDF?
The Japan Dining Survival Guide PDF is included with Standard Plan and Premium Plan. It is not included with Light Plan.

How will I receive my dining guide?
Your guide is delivered by email as a PDF. It is prepared so you can open it on your phone during the trip, and you can also print it before traveling if that is useful.
When will I receive my guide?
Light Plan is usually delivered in 1-3 business days. Standard Plan is delivered up to 7 business days. Premium Plan is delivered up to 10 business days.
If your travel date is close, contact us before or soon after ordering so we can confirm whether the timeline is realistic. For urgent requests, Light Plan may be more realistic, but timing should still be checked first.
Can I use the PDF on my phone?
Yes. The PDF is designed for phone use during travel. Restaurant pages are organized with links, access notes, ordering notes, map information, and practical cautions.
Can I request changes after receiving the PDF?
Minor corrections or clear factual fixes may be possible. Larger changes, such as changing the city, dining purpose, food category, or replacing most restaurant candidates, may require additional work or a new order.

What does Reservation Support include?
Reservation Support is +$29 per restaurant and covers online reservation guidance for restaurants that accept online reservations. It can include the official reservation page, input steps, cancellation notes, card guarantee notes, and practical cautions.
It is guidance only. Phone-only reservations are not included.
Does Japan Dining Concierge complete the booking for me?
No. The final booking, payment, credit card guarantee, and agreement to cancellation rules must be completed by the customer.
Japan Dining Concierge helps organize the online reservation steps and cautions so you can complete them more confidently.
Can you call restaurants for me?
No. Reservation Support is for online reservation guidance only. Restaurants that require phone-only reservations are outside the scope of this add-on.
Is restaurant availability guaranteed?
No. Availability is controlled by each restaurant and may change quickly. Restaurants may become fully booked, close temporarily, change policies, or stop accepting certain reservation times.
When useful, the guide can include backup choices or notes on how to check reservation availability online.

No. Famous restaurants may be included when they fit the request, but the goal is not fame. We consider location, route, budget, ease of use, reservation practicality, comfort level, and the purpose of the meal.
We check information within a practical scope, but restaurant hours, menus, prices, reservation rules, and policies may change. Please confirm important details with official restaurant pages or reservation pages before visiting.
